1. What are the documents that I require?


At the time of registration, you will need to fill out the following:

  • Registration form
  • Indemnity Bond
  • Medical self-declaration

Before going on the ride, you will need to submit the following documents:

  • Registration and insurance documents of the motorcycle you will be riding
  • Mediclaim details

2. Is the booking transferable to another person?

No. Once booked, the details of the actual participant should match with the booking details.

3. Can I join if I don’t own a Dominar?

Only Dominar bikes will be allowed on this ride. In case you don’t own one, you may rent or borrow a friend’s Dominar. In such a case, since the vehicle will not be registered in your name, we will need a rental agreement, or a consent form signed by the registered owner allowing you use of the bike for the period of the ride.

4. What are the inclusions covered in the registration fee?

  • Stay: Twin sharing basis – in case you want individual rooms please get in touch with us offline.
  • Food: Breakfast and dinner will be included in the hotels in a buffet format. Extras not included in the buffet can be settled directly between the rider and the hotel/restaurant.
  • Mechanical support: We will have a competent mechanic, some field replaceable parts and will be able to deal with basic problems in the absence of a full-fledged workshop. The labour is included but the cost of spare parts will be borne by the participant.
  • Basic First aid training: All participants will be given a 3-hour basic first aid training.

Exclusions

  • More complex repairs that cannot be handled on the field and require a workshop will need to be handled by the participant in a suitable workshop.
  • On the road travel expenses: Expenses on the road like refreshments (food/drinks, etc.) have to be borne by the participants.
  • Any Medical expenses arising out of either precondition, accident or in normal course of things will need to be borne by the participant.
  • Fuel required for the journey.
  • Overall travel expenses incurred by the participant.

5. Can I bring a pillion? What are the charges for the pillion?

  • This specific ride has some tough non tarmac sections through the Rann where riding with a pillion would be challenging. Couples that are confident and have ridden together before can register.
  • When riding with a pillion, there will be less space available for luggage. Hence arrangement should be made accordingly by the rider.

6. What rules are applicable to the pillion?

The same rules and conditions that apply to the rider are applicable to the pillion in terms of safety gear, etc.

7. When would the bookings close?

Bookings for the tour will close 3 days before the tour start date.
