The Bajaj CT-100 sold 64,498 units in the current month. This enabled BAL to achieve a market share of approximately 52% in the entry segment and retain its #1 position there. This product has sold a cumulative 1.86 Lakh numbers in just
120 days of launch. Capacity expansion to 80,000 per month is underway to overcome the continuing waiting period.
In the premium segment, the Pulsar twins recorded a sale of 22,637 numbers.
THREE WHEELERS & Exports
Growth was limited due to impact of truckers' strike; however, volumes delayed shall be recovered in September.
