Bajaj Auto's Cumulative sales since inception crossed the 25 million milestone in October 2005.
October 2005 Highlights:

Highest ever 2- & 3-wheeler sales at 241,808 units.
- Highest ever sales of the Bajaj Wave DTS-i at 8,292 units.
- Highest sales of the Bajaj CT100 at 115,775 units.
- Highest ever sales of the Bajaj Discover DTS-i at 43,680 units.
- Highest ever sales of the Bajaj Pulsar DTS-i twins at 40,467 units.
- Highest ever sales of the Bajaj Avenger DTS-i at 3,224 units.
- Highest ever sales of Bajaj motorcycles at 205,012 units.
- Motorcycle sales grew at 43% significantly higher than the estimated industry growth rate of 30%.
- Motorcycle market share expected to be over 31%.
- Motorcycle capacity being expanded to 250,000 units per month from January '06.
- Total two wheelers grew at 40%.
- With sales of 21,881 units 3-wheeler volumes were up 15% - driven by strong demand for the
Bajaj LPG and CNG 3-wheelers.
- Exports at 22,713 units - up 49% over October 2004.
