 This is to notify that Karvy Computershare Private Limited (KCPL, having its registered office at Hyderabad) has been appointed as the Share Transfer Agent (STA) for the following companies:.
  1. Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited (BHIL).
  2. Bajaj Auto Limited (BAL).
  3. Bajaj Finserv Limited (BFS).
  4. Bajaj Auto Finance Limited (BAFL).
  5. Maharashtra Scooters Limited (MSL).

for physical as well as for electronic segment.

National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) vide their letter dated 9 July, 2008 and 11 July, 2008 respectively have approved the change in STA with effect from 11 July, 2008 and the electronic connectivity has shifted from Bajaj Auto Limited to KCPL with effect from 11 July, 2008.
