Niraj R. Bajaj
Niraj Bajaj's career spans more than 35 years and he is currently serving as the Chairman of Bajaj Auto since 1 May 2021. Born on 10 October 1954, he studied at the Cathedral and John Connon School. He did his B.Com., from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. He acquired his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, Boston, U.S.A.
Niraj Bajaj is one of the Promoter - Directors of the Bajaj Group, which has over 50,000 employees, and a market capitalization of over ₹900,000 crores making it one of the largest family business houses in the country.
Niraj Bajaj is on the Board of Directors of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd., and is the Chairman of Bachhraj & Company, Jamnalal Sons, and various other Bajaj Group companies. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Mukand Limited and the Vice Chairman of Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited (BHIL).
Niraj Bajaj was the President of the Indian Merchants' Chamber, in 2007-08 when it was celebrating its centenary year. He was also the President of the Alloy Steel Producer's Association and the Indian Stainless Steel Development Association.
He has been a three-time All-India Table Tennis Champion and ranked India No.1 four times. He represented India in table tennis for seven years between 1970-77, of which last four years was as the Captain.

Rajiv Bajaj graduated first in class, with distinction, in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune in 1988, and then completed his masters in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick in 1991.
He has since worked at Bajaj Auto in the areas of Manufacturing & Supply Chain (1990-95), R&D and Engineering (1995-2000), and Marketing and Sales (2000-2005). He has served on the board of Bajaj Auto Ltd since March 2002 and has been its Managing Director since April 2005.
His current focus is building a brand-centred strategy at Bajaj Auto with the objective of achieving its vision of being one of the world’s leading motorcycle & electric vehicle manufacturers.

+Pradeep Shrivastava
Mr Pradeep Shrivastava joined Bajaj Auto in April 1986. After several successful stints in the manufacturing organisation, he took over as President – Engineering and subsequently, became the Chief Operating Officer in April 2010. He was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director in April 2016.
After receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi, Mr Shrivastava obtained a graduate diploma in Production and Finance from IIM Bangalore in 1986.

Mr Rakesh Sharma joined Bajaj Auto in October 2007 as President (International Business) and is now an Executive Director on its board . He led the International Business for over 10 years during which the business grew in scale to nearly INR ~10,000 crores representing close to 40% of Bajaj Auto’s revenues then. He was elevated to the position of Chief Commercial Officer in July 2018 with the responsibility to lead the front-end Business Units.
He is a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT Bajaj Auto Indonesia, a subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Ltd. He is the Chairman of the Exports Council of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and the President of the International Motorcycle Manufacturers’ Association.
Prior to joining Bajaj Auto, Mr. Sharma worked for over 20 years with the ICI Group in the chemicals, speciality materials and paints businesses in India and overseas. His last posting was as CEO-Southeast Asia for ICI Paints.
Mr Sharma is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University and holds a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad.

Sanjiv Bajaj is the Chairman and Managing Director of Bajaj Finserv Limited, the holding group company for all the financial service businesses of the Bajaj Group, which is one of the oldest and largest conglomerates of India. A N Roy (born on 15 May, 1950) is a distinguished former civil servant, having served in the Indian Police Service in Maharashtra and Govt of India for over 38 years. He held a wide variety of assignments both in Maharashtra and under the Central government including Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad, Pune and Mumbai. He retired as Director General of Police, Maharashtra.
While in service, he headed the operations of the elite Special Protection Group, looking after the proximate security of the Prime Minister, former PMs and their families. Known popularly as the ‘People's Commissioner’, he set up many citizen-friendly schemes and systems to resolve and fulfil people's problems and expectations like Citizen Facilitation Centres, Mumbai Police Infoline, Elderline, Slum Police Panchayat etc.
He was appointed Advisor to the Governor of Andhra Pradesh when the state was under President's rule in 2014. In that capacity, he discharged the responsibilities as a Minister of many departments of the state like Home, Industry and Commerce, Housing, PWD, Health, Medical Education, Social Welfare. He also dealt with the separation of Andhra Pradesh into two states, AP and Telangana, and supervised the General Elections of 2014 in both states.
Post-retirement, Roy is engaged in the social/non-profit sector. He runs a not-for-profit company, Vandana Foundation, to support the livelihoods of the poorest of poor in urban and rural areas.

Dr Naushad Forbes (born on May 13, 1960) is the Co-Chairman of Forbes Marshall, India's leading steam engineering and control instrumentation firm. He chairs the steam engineering companies within the group.

Mr. Ramtilak Ananthan, before being appointed as the Chief Technology Officer, headed the Test & Validation at R&D department of Bajaj Auto Limited. He started his career at Bajaj Auto Limited in April 1994. He holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa, USA and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai. Mr. Ramtilak started off in the CAE team developing programs for 1D simulations for Engine performance. In the initial phase of his career at Bajaj Auto Limited, he worked on design and development of M804S Engine platform, 3D Combustion simulations, Combustion measurement & analysis. In 2006, he took over as Senior Manager – CAE R&D and led Structural, Vibration, Thermal fluid Simulations and NVH domains. He led the intensive R&D efforts on improvement of sound quality of our products to achieve a different sound character. From 2009‐2012, along with CAE, he started leading Power Train & calibration, Vehicle Testing, 2Wh Indoor Testing, 2W Vehicle dynamics. During this time, he made significant contributions towards fuel economy of Bajaj 2 Wheelers, with notable achievements like the DISCOVER M Program for 95 km mileage and Platina program for 100+ km mileage. In 2013, he was promoted to the position of Vice President – R&D and started leading Commercial Vehicle CAE & Vehicle Testing along with 2Wh CAE & testing. As Vice President – R&D, he successfully led the transition of all Bajaj Auto Limited’s products to BS4 norms. In 2019, Mr. Ramtilak was promoted to the position of Head – R&D to lead the complete Test & Validation function. Over the last 3 years, he has led the transition of all Bajaj products to BS6 and OBD2A norms.

Dinesh Thapar is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, a Gold Medalist Cost and Management Accountant and has a Diploma from ACCA. He obtained his Chartered Accountancy from ICAI in 1998 and graduated from St. Xavier’s, Kolkata in 1997 in Commerce.
He was the Group Chief Financial Officer of Reliance Retail for the past 3 years. Prior to that, he spent two decades with Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where he held a range of leadership roles across Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Investor Relations, Supply Chain, and managing JVs. In his last role as Vice President, he was the Finance Leader for the Beauty & Personal Care Division in India and the South Asia cluster.
While leading the Finance functional agenda, he has experience in the areas of business partnering, performance management, governance, strategic initiatives, engaging with the Board, and external communication. Across both the companies that he has worked for, he has been a part of the senior leadership team and on the Board of various group companies.

He is a 1993 batch MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and 1991 batch commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi. In a career spanning 3 decades, Mr. Narang has worked in leading companies like Gillette, Procter & Gamble, Coca Cola and Samsung.

Manik Nangia joined Bajaj Auto in 2021 as the head of Digital Transformation and Analytics. Over 3 years he has led the crafting of a new sales management system, Digital marketing practice and data & analytics work streams across business units. Starting Nov 24, he leads the Probiking unit. Passionate about performance motorcycling, he is a strong believer in collective power of a driven team.
Before joining Bajaj Auto, Manik worked in financial services with the ICICI group, Max Life Insurance and the Bharti group in various roles over 22 years. His experience over the last 15 years includes leadership positions in product management, marketing, digital transformation and operations.

A N Roy (born on 15 May, 1950) is a distinguished former civil servant, having served in the Indian Police Service in Maharashtra and Govt of India for over 38 years. He held a wide variety of assignments both in Maharashtra and under the Central government including Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad, Pune and Mumbai. He retired as Director General of Police, Maharashtra.
While in service, he headed the operations of the elite Special Protection Group, looking after the proximate security of the Prime Minister, former PMs and their families. Known popularly as the ‘People's Commissioner’, he set up many citizen-friendly schemes and systems to resolve and fulfil people's problems and expectations like Citizen Facilitation Centres, Mumbai Police Infoline, Elderline, Slum Police Panchayat etc.
He was appointed Advisor to the Governor of Andhra Pradesh when the state was under President's rule in 2014. In that capacity, he discharged the responsibilities as a Minister of many departments of the state like Home, Industry and Commerce, Housing, PWD, Health, Medical Education, Social Welfare. He also dealt with the separation of Andhra Pradesh into two states, AP and Telangana, and supervised the General Elections of 2014 in both states.
Post-retirement, Roy is engaged in the social/non-profit sector. He runs a not-for-profit company, Vandana Foundation, to support the livelihoods of the poorest of poor in urban and rural areas.

Mr Rakesh Sharma joined Bajaj Auto in October 2007 as President (International Business) and is now an Executive Director on its board . He led the International Business for over 10 years during which the business grew in scale to nearly INR ~10,000 crores representing close to 40% of Bajaj Auto’s revenues then. He was elevated to the position of Chief Commercial Officer in July 2018 with the responsibility to lead the front-end Business Units.
He is a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT Bajaj Auto Indonesia, a subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Ltd. He is the Chairman of the Exports Council of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and the President of the International Motorcycle Manufacturers’ Association.
Prior to joining Bajaj Auto, Mr. Sharma worked for over 20 years with the ICI Group in the chemicals, speciality materials and paints businesses in India and overseas. His last posting was as CEO-Southeast Asia for ICI Paints.

He was the Group Chief Financial Officer of Reliance Retail for the past 3 years.
