Pune, India – October 3rd, 2024 – KTM, the world's largest and India's fastest-growing premium European brand, announced an exciting upgrade to its popular KTM 200 DUKE. Starting in October 2024, the KTM 200 DUKE will feature an all-new 5-inch color TFT display equipped with navigation and Bluetooth connectivity.

5" COLOR TFT DISPLAY

The 5-inch color TFT display, derived from the Gen-3 KTM 390 DUKE, gives you everything you need at a glance. This bonded glass display is paired with a new switch cube, with 4-way menu switches that allow easy interaction with all vehicle functions – even smartphone connectivity. The connectivity functions allow riders to play music, take incoming calls, and get to where they're going with turn-by-turn navigation when paired through the KTM My-Ride app.

Turn-by-turn navigation via KTM Connect App

Riders can connect to the KTM Connect app via their phone's Bluetooth and utilize KTM's accurate and versatile navigation tool through their TFT display. KTM Connect is the bridge to an innovative new realm between the rider and their bike. The app is a useful companion aid with several key features – navigation, travel, and important KTM motorcycle data and information.

Bluetooth connectivity for calls (incoming only) via BCCU

This function allows the rider to see the identification of incoming calls on the TFT display and, using the mode switch, accept or decline the call. As a safety measure, accessing the phone's address book and making outgoing calls is not possible while riding.

Headset pairing

With a paired Bluetooth helmet headset, this connected function allows a KTM MY RIDE-equipped bike to take control of the smartphone's music player for listening while riding. Using the left handlebar-mounted menu switch, the rider can toggle between tracks on a playlist or music archive and control the volume, with the information of the track displayed on the bike's TFT screen.

Supermoto ABS mode

Switchable through the TFT display, Supermoto ABS means disengaging the ABS braking function on the rear end of the bike. This feature is provided for specific purposes, such as controlled slides needed for competition or the demands of Supermoto riding.

Dual color theme – customizable with shift rpm

Riders can customize their shift RPM and limit RPM using the left handlebar-mounted menu switch. After setting, the 5-inch color TFT display transforms between a dark-themed and an orange-themed display. This adds to the overall riding experience.

Customisable display options on the screen

The TFT is the communication interface between the rider and the motorcycle. The clear layout of menus, options, and infographics shows what is going on throughout the ride. The options displayed are customizable by the rider. Even shortcuts of certain functions can be customized through the screen.
