Triumph Epic Ride – North East Adventure 2024 Concludes on a High Note

  • Seven days – 1,200 KM of non-stop adventure across the brilliant landscapes of Northeast India
  • 22 Triumph owners rode their Scrambler 400x, Scrambler 900s, Speed Twin 900, Tiger 1200s & 900s and a Rocket 3, across some of the most spectacular valleys and mountain passes

Pune, 12th June 2024: Triumph Motorcycles India successfully wrapped up its highly anticipated Epic Ride – North East Adventure 2024, leaving participants with a treasure trove of memories and a renewed appreciation for the region's breathtaking landscapes.

22 Triumph owners from across the country embarked on this seven-day, 1200 KM Epic Ride, conquering challenging terrains at altitudes exceeding 15,000 feet. Led by seasoned adventure experts Sachin Chavan and Vijay Parmar, the tour offered a unique blend of stunning scenery, cultural immersion, and the camaraderie of fellow riders.

From the mighty Triumph Rocket 3 – the world’s largest production motorcycle engine, to the versatile Tiger lineup (including the 1200s, the 900s, and the 660 Sport) and the Modern Classics – like the Speed Twin 900, the Scrambler 900, alongside the versatile Scrambler 400x, the tour featured a fascinating mix of motorcycles.

Just like their Triumph motorcycles, the participating riders were just as diverse. Spanning an age group from 20s to well in to their 60s, and with 3 women riders. And for some of the riders, it was their first long distance ride

From the majestic hills of Assam to the serene landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh, the Northeast Adventure 2024 covered a scenic route. Over 7 days, riders visited many iconic locations, each offering unique challenges and breathtaking views. The destinations included, Bumla Pass, Dirang, Tawang, Sangti Valley, Zimithang and several other gems of the region, providing riders with the perfect blend of adventure and striking beauty.

The riders described their experience as a truly transformative encounter. The camaraderie among riders fostered a sense of community and shared passion. Riders tackled everything from winding mountain roads to lush valleys, serene lakes, and scenic sanctuaries, all while enjoying the unparalleled performance and reliability of their Triumph bikes.

Beyond the exhilarating rides, the North East Adventure fostered a strong sense of camaraderie among the riders. Sharing stories around campfires, capturing stunning sunrises, and tackling challenging routes together solidified a bond that transcended the experience itself.

  • A Brush with Nature: Ride through Eagle Nest Wildlife Sanctuary, one of the few sanctuaries in India allowing motorcycles on authentic, off-road terrain. Home to over 450 bird species, the riders were accompanied by a dedicated birdwatcher, making this a truly unique experience.
